Wow.
It's been quite a while since I wrote something on this blog.
Most of my time has been devoted to working on my own game-project: Stumpy. Stumpy is an adventure game for mobile devices about a little guy's journey through a big forest. Oh, and he's dressed like a tree-stump!

Enter PolySurf.
PolySurf is a very simpe mobile game. You control a small pyramid flying through an infinite space at a startling pace, hurling towards what seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Your pyramid can change color based on your input. For instance: tapping the top right corner of your screen might turn your pyramid red, while the lower left corner of your screen could turn your pyramid purple.
As you float through the void, square gates come barreling down on your pyramid. The sqaures/gates change color frequently and it is your job to match the color of your pyramid to the color of the gates. As you progress through the game, the pyramid will fly faster and faster. Changing color in time quickly becomes a test of your reflexes. Survive long enough and you'll transition to the next stage.
There's a catch though: the input changes ever stage. In one stage, for instance, the top right corner of your screen might be red, but in other stages the top right corner could be yellow. During stages, this information is hidden from the player. Before you start a new stage, though, there's a period I like to call exposure. The colors will appear on your screen for a short time. The further in the game you are, the shorter the exposure time will be. You start the game with only 2 possible colors and work your way up to 4 colors.
PolySurf was developed in Unity and is available on the Google Play Store now!
